Keith M. Nichols is president of HandCraft Services, responsible for leading the company along with his brothers, Jay and Jeff, who share management and ownership responsibilities.
Keith has a passion for running a highly efficient, quality operation that embodies his father’s founding philosophy of always going the extra mile, one customer at a time.
Jay Nichols is vice president of HandCraft Services, sharing leadership and ownership decisions with his brothers Keith and Jeff. Jay is instrumental with Handcraft’s financing and banking relationships as it relates to capital expenditures, plant construction and real estate procurement as well as management of all of Handcraft’s affiliates and related holding companies.
Jay enjoys helping HandCraft exceed industry standards for cleanliness and efficiency.
Jeff Nichols leads sales and marketing for HandCraft, and shares overall company leadership and ownership responsibilities with his brothers Keith and Jay.
Jeff has worn many hats at HandCraft over the years, including equipment maintenance and plant operations manager. Today, he enjoys helping customers find solutions to their medical linen and apparel issues.

Joe McKeown oversees the entire plant operations of Handcraft Services. He enjoys the challenge of running one of the most efficient, state-of-the-art operations in the healthcare linen industry, while ensuring quality and excellence in service to our customers. Joe says, “Every piece of linen matters to us because we know it matters to the customer.”
