Jeff Diehl, Vice President of Service
Jeff has excelled as part of the HandCraft family since 2011. As the General Manager of the Retail Medical Division, he has over a decade of experience providing linen services to the healthcare industry. He has worked closely with surgery centers, doctors, dentists, wellness centers, and many other clients throughout our entire service area.
Jeff’s talents and history with HandCraft Services have proven him to be an effective leader and accomplished businessman. He is wholeheartedly devoted to the success of everyone he works with.
Corinne Olds, District Service Manager
Corinne leads our Central Division team handling customers in Richmond, Virginia Beach, Charlottesville, Harrisonburg and Winchester.
She seeks to build customer loyalty by providing timely responses to questions, addressing concerns immediately, and suggesting potential solutions to problems before they happen. She also likes educating clients about the new RFID process and related benefits. Corinne loves spending time with family and friends, summertime, and being outdoors.
Steve Reiman, South District Service Manager
Leading the Southern service team in North Carolina, and South Carolina, Steve works closely with customers and Service representatives to develop and strengthen relationships built on trust. He really enjoys getting to know his customers and is passionate about creating an amazing customer experience.
Outside of the office, Steve is a voracious reader, traveler, and outdoor enthusiast, who enjoys spending as much time as possible with his wife and daughter.
Brian Simpkins, West District Service Manager
Brian joined HandCraft with the expansion and recent addition of our new West District encompassing SW Virginia and Tennessee. After more than 35 years in grocery retail, Brian brings a tremendous background in leadership and development and is excited to build a new team based out of Roanoke, Virginia.
Brian enjoys spending his free time on the golf course, being a grill master (although still working to perfect his rib recipe), and spending time outdoors with his wife, family, and friends. Brian is also passionate about helping others in the community wherever he can be impactful.
Andrew Lane, North District Service Manager
Andrew has quickly grown with HandCraft holding multiple positions with our Service Team. He currently leads our North Division team handling customers in Northern Virginia, Washington DC, Maryland, and Delaware. Andrew enjoys mentoring his team and ensuring our customers receive the best service in the industry.
When he’s not taking care of customers, Andrew enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, fitness, and rucking. Yes, rucking, look it up!
