Making Improvements to Better Serve You

These linen awareness blogs were started based on customer feedback. Our customers want a more proactive approach to prevent linen loss and to manage linen loss costs, and we have added to our Linen Awareness Program to do just that! Similarly, we heard our customers’ feedback regarding our Scrub / Employee Uniform Request process:

  • I don’t know where to access the form
  • The form is not compatible with the computer program at my facility, so I have to do a cumbersome workaround 
  • I don’t know if the request was received

With the thought that if you do what you’ve always done, then you’ll get what you’ve always got, we made improvements to create a smooth and trouble-free process for our customers.

We are excited to launch HandCraft’s new, easier and user-friendly process for uniform requests. 

The form is always available on our website under the Customer Access portal tab. Because the form is on a webpage, there are no security system issues.

Once on the Customer Access portal, click on Scrubs / Uniform Requests

or scroll down to the blue section.

Then fill out the form and click submit.

After you submit each form, you will receive a confirmation email that you can keep for your documentation.

Customers who have already used our new form on the Customer Access portal have seen the improvements. Here are their comments:

  • I found it to be quite user-friendly
  • So much quicker and easier to document with the email that automatically gets generated
  • Love it
