During these uncertain times, HandCraft wants you to know that we’re here to support your facility. We understand, due to COVID-19, that there are increased concerns throughout the healthcare community regarding safeguards against infectious diseases.

Safe Practices
Safety has and always will be our first priority, and we are committed to getting you the materials you need in a clean, professional manner. We want to reassure you that we have the highest standards in place to protect the health and safety of your patients and employees.
HandCraft closely follows strict guidelines including proper PPE for our employees, continued education on handling and processing, and the proper steps to ensure all textiles are rendered hygienically clean.
Additionally, we are closely following the latest OSHA and CDC standards, and encourage your facility to do the same. Make sure all soiled linen is contained at the source, all soiled linen goes in blue soiled linen bags, and that soiled linen bags are securely sealed and not overfilled.
Certified Hygienically Clean
HandCraft is certified Hygienically Clean by the TRSA (Textile Rental Services Association). We handle all soiled linens as “contaminated” using universal precautions. All of our textiles are laundered with the appropriate chemistry and temperature to ensure safety and cleanliness.
Carts are cleaned and sanitized before coming into contact with clean linens, and our laundry processing meets and exceeds standards set by the CDC. With HandCraft, you can have confidence in our processes and commitment to best practices.
