Brooke manages HandCraft hospital customer service representatives throughout Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, North Carolina, and West Virginia.
She enjoys working for HandCraft not only because it is family-run, but because we continuously strive to be the best in our industry. That helps make her job of serving customers a pleasure. She enjoys spending time with her family and watching her son play high school football.
Lynn Moreau is the Clinical Liaison Manager for HandCraft Services. In this role, she works with HandCraft customers’ infection preventionists, clinical educators, nursing administrators, and Environmental Services (EVS) directors. Lynn is passionate about helping customers establish and maintain the highest quality and efficiency standards for their medical linen systems.
At HandCraft, Lynn has established linen awareness guidelines, educational materials, and presentations used extensively by customers to enhance their linen management, cost effectiveness and infection prevention.
Amy serves HandCraft customer hospitals in Richmond, Northern Virginia, and West Virginia. She works closely with all customers to problem-solve their linen and scrub issues, provide education and ensure that the HandCraft linen process stays fine-tuned.
Amy loves working with all kinds of people in hospitals because hospitals are fast-paced, ever-changing, hands-on environments that make her job a pleasure.
She enjoys spending time with her two teenage sons, friends, and family.
Sukey serves HandCraft customers throughout Virginia. Sukey enjoys working for a family-owned business that puts a premium on quality in everything they do. She loves reading traveling and spending time with her husband and three college-aged children in her free time.
