Over the years, HandCraft has been committed to working closely with medical associations that support the medical practices we sell to.
To kickstart our sales team in Maryland, we recently began working with the Montgomery County Medical Society.
On November 8th and 9th, HandCraft sponsored a two-day event at the OSHA training conference for doctors, practice administrators and nursing managers. Our team introduced HandCraft to the attendees and shared information about how we are able to address some significant concerns and help make medical practices more efficient.
This conference was a perfect fit for HandCraft, since OSHA training revolved around personal protective equipment, as well as proper procedures for linen handling within a medical facility.
The conference overall was a major success, with over 100 practices represented over the two-day event. Our sales team was able to interact with each of the practices to get a better understanding of their needs and concerns that aren’t currently being fulfilled by medical linen suppliers. Attending the conference and listening to the needs and concerns of medical practices has proven to be invaluable for HandCraft. To date, we have been able to set up 11 appointments with potential customers. We are looking forward to many more opportunities with the Montgomery County Medical Society.
